All safeguarding training we deliver has been quality assured either by the Nottingham City Safeguarding Children Board (NCSCB) or by the Nottingham City Safeguarding Adult Board (NCSAB). You will receive a certificate of participation once you have completed the training.

What is a Family Mentor?
Family Mentors are parents or grandparents – just like you. They can give advice and support on lots of different topics, including:
– Breastfeeding, weaning and teething
– Sleeping and toilet training
– Play and tummy time.
You can get a Family mentor if:
– Your child is under 3 months
– You live in Nottingham
– You have a referral from one of many practitioners working in Nottingham such as Health Visitors, Pregnancy Mentors or your Midwife.
Family Mentors can visit you in your home, or somewhere nearby – wherever you feel comfortable.
Family Mentors are not just for mums! They can support the whole family adapt to life with a new baby. Their advice is based on the latest evidence in child development.

Are you running a training course, conference, or event? If so, then why not book our creche service and let the children have fun whilst you do the serious stuff. Having professional childcare in place is a great way to help parents get the most out of the day without them having to worry about the children. We will bring all the equipment needed to you.
If you have specialist needs at your event which you think might prove difficult for us, do not worry – we have experience of providing support across a wide range of needs including one-to-one support when required. So, contact us with your requirements for further information.

Naturally you want your big day to be absolutely perfect – for you and all your guests, including the little ones. Our staff can provide fun play activities during the ceremony, pre-dinner drinks or throughout the whole day if required.
